How I feel about......

Hot Vinyasa Yoga!

I practice hot yoga at least once a week.  It is one of the most therapeutic workouts out there.  If you have never tried it, I highly recommend checking it out!  Be prepared to sweat more than you ever have in your life.  And if it is your first time practicing hot yoga, you may even get a little light headed so make sure you stay hydrated.
 Consider yourself warned :)
You will either love or hate this style of yoga but if you are anything like me and enjoy a challenging yet low-impact, relaxing and therapeutic workout, then hot vinyasa yoga may be the class for you to add to your fitness regimen.
