Random Thoughts Tuesday

I really want to change my lifestyle as it relates to the foods I consume primarily to promote an overall healthier body and immune system and I am strongly considering a lifestyle change and going to a plant-based diet. 


To start, my plan is to eliminate gluten products, and all red meats (which will be easy because I rarely eat red meat) and eat only organic poultry and fish which is known as semi-vegetarianism to ease my way into it.  Once I have mastered this I would like to eliminate meat all together and dairy to embrace a full-blown vegan diet.  I have debated about this for a while and I hesitate to pull the trigger because I just love food sooo much.   Like seriously, this will be one of the hardest things I have ever done.  #whatdoido

If you are reading this and have any tips/tricks for me on how I can still enjoy eating flavorful meals while practicing a vegetarian/vegan diet, I would love to hear from you in the comments below.  I can use all the advice I can get because as much as I truly believe in the benefits of this lifestyle change, I am just not sure I can do it :(
